SOLOMON ISLANDS MAP

Our Solomon Islands map stretches from the Shortland Islands bordering Papua New Guinea to Anuta in the Santa Cruz Group. Six large islands, Choiseul, New Georgia, Isabel, Guadalcanal, Malaita, and Makira, form the core of this vast country, which is second only to Papua New Guinea in size among the South Pacific islands. Around the fringes of this largely Melanesian country are Polynesian outliers like Ontong Java, Sikaiana, Rennell, Tikopia, and Anuta, dotting the map of the Solomon Islands. Most visitors arrive in the capital, Honiara, and also travel to Munda and Gizo.
